SVMi-4 question

I have a client with a bad SVMi-4 card. The voice mail card has a compact flash card inserted into it.

My question is, when I replace this card, will I need to reprogram the voice mail boxes, or is that information stored onto the compact flash?

Thanks fellas.

You should be able to move all files including the .msg files over. Assuming that the flash is OK

First default the new card and do a first time setup so the card knows which phone system it is in.

Then copy over the 5 TBL files from the DTA directory.

You should be all set.
