Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Samsung DCS Group Voicemail Access??? We have a group with 3 extensions within it. We recently found out the group extension (506) itself has voicemail on it and people are leaving messages. Thing is, no one knows how to retrieve them. Anyone know how? And does anyone know how to deactivate this feature? Thanks!

Location: York Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Assuming the settings are the same as the Samsung OfficeServ systems, I think it's just a matter of dialling the VM group number, dialling *# followed by 506. This should get you into the mailbox. Perhaps deleting the mailbox and removing the overflow to VM for the group will stop calls getting to VM in the future. Check the Next Port option on MMC601 for group 506.
