Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I am primarily an Avaya person but have inheirited the one & only Prostar in town.It has 6 co lines & is not arranged for dial 9 access. A sta going off hook always selects line 6 first for outgoing calls. The cust would like to have line 4 selected first,then3,2 ,1,6,5 in that order .I have read the manual cover to cover & cannot find an MMC that will do this. Am I missing something? If I use prime line to select line 4 will the ext get line 3 if its busy? I havent tried that yet. Wanted to gather more info b4 I proceded. Any help would be appreciated. This is definately not the most user friendly system around. Thanks | ||||||||

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Unfortunatly the system only works desending. A work around would be to remove 6 and 5 from mmc 47 and put them in mmc 40 then just have the customer dial 80 when they need those lines. Even though the dial nine is not set up the system is programmed to dial the 9. Someone probably programmed it elseware like in line selection or speed dials.
