i need it too
Hi!A alcatel 4400 system.Why cannot call forward to external number,when i use external phone dail in.I already set the phone COS.It is work when i use extension to call forward outgoing.Is it need set some answer supervison or...etc?Plz reply me ASAP.Thanks you very much

maybe some clairifcation?
check the Class of service-->connection cos-->COS ID 5-->Set to "1"

WTB Working OSS Norstar M7310 sets
Sames problem, and both the connection cat (5) set to 1's and phone cat has the forward to external set to 1. In this scenario, the call comes in via DPNSS link from a Meridian Opt 11, and I think the Alcatel 4400 is stopping it from "tromboning". How can this be changed?
