Rep Power: 0 ![]() | loss password Through a Dial by Name auto attendant I would like to be able to transfer to an external number which works but if the external extension does not answer the call the PCX takes the call back and won't allow me to leave a message on the external mailbox/voicemail. Does anyone know how to make the PCX auto attendant complete a blind transfer? Thanks | ||||||||

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I setup all steps and place a call through the auto-att. and still the call comes back to att. I spoke with tac. and they state we need to upgrade to R 6.0 for a blind transfer to work, but that is very hard to believe. If you have any other ideas I'm willing to try them. thanks again. | ||||||||
