I just moved jobs, we have a alcatel pabx and A4400 management application r4.2. How do I relate which numbers are attached to physical ports so that i may patch in a user. I have been through the options but can not find anything relating to which physical port a numbers connected to. Hopefully i can then allocate a number to an office. As you might of guessed i'm not a telecomms man i'm in IT just happen to have to support the telephones here. Hope this all makes sense.

Hi and welcome,
What exactly do you mean by you have gone through the options? What management software are you using 4730 or 4760 or are you using MGR?
