Hello Everyone,

I've have for few months an Alcatel OXO PABX, for which I discovered I could use 25 licenses of PIMPhony Basic... the problem is HOW/WHERE can I get it?...
It is strange that a "free" application (free meaning "included" in the price of the PABX) can't be found anywhere on the "official" site (Alcatel.com) either on Internet.
Even strange is the fact that I found about these free 25 PIMphony licenses from the Internet not fom my supplier... and when I ask for it, it gave me a version (4.2.0.230) that can't be used because when I configure it it shows the following error:

All PBX Licenses are currently used - Please check with your Administrator or contact your Dealer for new Licenses.
ALCATEL - 413 : Error a1=ERROR_NUMBER_OF_LICENCE_EXCEEDED (10.03.2008 16:25:40)

... but I have NO BASIC license installed, instead I have13 licenses of PIMphony PRO (version 6.2.0.1554) expiring in few days...

Now I need your help:

1. Which is the last version of PIMphony Basic available for my PABX?
2. Is it available for download form an official site or I have to request it to my supplier?
