Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Hi, The situation is this - I have come into a new IT role, but have been asked to look at the telephony side of things. I've had a poke around in OmniVista and am reasonably au-fait with it. However I need help in resetting a voicemail password/PIN. I've tried blanking the PIN field and tried 0000 in it too all with no joy. Can anyone enlighten me on what I should be doing ? apologies for being such a n00b Mark. | ||||||||

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Dude, Just hyperterm into the Administrator which you'll need to know the password for, then select option 9 for editing the extension and then 1 to put the extension # in and type the 4 digit extension and hit return and it will show you all the detail for that extension which is where you click return until you reach the password field and type in the new password and hit return until your back out to the beginning and close the hyperterm window. | ||||||||
