Hello!
I am using meridian exchange R 4 and I am facing this problem that when ever any user of my switch (only analog extensions) apply a call back from any extension. Callback is being applied by the system and after that if he wants to deactivate callback, my switch did not do so. it gives overflow command.

any procedure or any option is available please post it or send me a message

About which thread are you talking can you give me some detatil in this regard. I am unable to locate previous thread. What do u means by previous thread?

I think you are telling me about any other exchange but I am asking about meridian exchange.

Ermm this is supposed to be an Alcatel thread, but you posted Nortel Meridian stuffs in Alcatel forum.

No dear I have clearly mention meridian exchange in my first post.
I think no one is ready to reply this. I think every one which veiw this thread has to write some thing because this very simple querry.
