| Junior Member | Dead Air on phones with analog adapters Hi I just restarted our Matworx system. On our Dtermi phones - all phones work fine except three, which have analog adapters connected to strobe lights. From these phones you are unable to hear the voice on the other end, but they can hear you fine. I have swapped out the phones with working ones - still the same problem, so Its not the adapters. The phones ring fine. Any ideas? Thanks. |
