| Junior Member | MISCALL Status Hi, when I do a listerm on one of the analog cards, the status "MISCALL" is shown. I'm also not able to make any call to the extensions having this status. Tried reset the card and reboot system but problem still exist. What exactly does this status means? How do I solve this problem? Thanks. |

| Junior Member | Hey, You get a miscalled state when the analogue set does not sent back a release acknowledge during the end of a communication. As a result the PBX can not verify in which state the set is and it is placed in miscall state. This usually appears in faxes and modems. If you make a reset of the set the miscall state should be removed. If yes then you need to speak with the provider of the analogue sets. |
