Hi ,
I want to convert a mp3 files to wav :
here is the codecs
Encoding Type / Bits Per Sample / Sample Frequency / Channels
ADPCM (G726) / 4 / 8 kHz /Single (mono)
CCITT A-law encoded PCM /8 / 8 kHz /Single (mono)
CCITT µ-law encoded PCM /8 /8 kHz /Single (mono)
Linear PCM /16 /8 kHz /Single (mono)


For Alcatel OXO pbx . I have use too many audio programs converters and the result was nothing . Can anyone help me please

What do ypu mean "result was nothing"?
You just get a wav file encoded as you pointed in you post or converted from mp3 format. Using OMC or PM5 software download this file to PBX. That's all.

Once the file is in wave format you can use windows sound recorder for the conversion, be aware that if the source has a large dynamic range it may need some compression first (I have used soundforge for this) otherwise you may experience noticeable distortion. If you have the correct format, as murzilla said, you just download it via the OMC or PM5 tools and make sure you have the appropriate MOH settings on the OXO.
