hi, any idea anywhere i could get the technical documents for alcatel pbx systems. am starting a new job in it soon, thus wish to get some basic idea. thanks.

You can get it from the business partner.
Which system you refering to, OXE or OXO? Beside, your new job is a engineer or administrator? Care to review which company?

Hi Ric,
Actually i'm not sure which system there is too since i'm totally new in Alcatel systems. Sorry for that. Be starting the new job soon, keep you updated again by then. It be a engineer post, mainly in project basis. Its in ST. Thanks again Ric.
