Cool 4400 - Cisco Router

*Sep 12 16:21:24.480 GMT+2: ISDN Se1/0:15 Q931: RX <- SETUP pd = 8 callref = 0x0227
Bearer Capability i = 0x8090A3
Standard = CCITT
Transfer Capability = Speech
Transfer Mode = Circuit
Transfer Rate = 64 kbit/s
Calling Party Number i = 0x0181, '**********'
Plan:ISDN, Type:Unknown
Called Party Number i = 0x81, '**********'
Plan:ISDN, Type:Unknown
High Layer Compat i = 0x9181

This is from a Q931 trace on a router connected to a Alcatel 4400. Has anyone experience this before?

Tell us what you are trying to do.
Second ..............
Give us the interface settings of the router
Third................
Give us the settings of the trunk on the OXE.

Then we can answer your question.
