Question Dect forwarded to 4020 phone doesn't go to VM

Hello again
Just a small problem I have:
When I call a DECT phone that is fwd to office phone that has VM set up, the call doesn't transfer to VM, it just keeps on ringing. Of course, when I call the Office phone directly, it transfers to VM after a pre-set delay.
Is there a way to make this work?
PABX: 6 Nodes of Alcatel4400, R3.0-c1.532-5-w-fr-c5s2

All my DECTS are registered only to this PABX, to be exact in Node 3.

Call routs? distributions? Please, tell me where to look for what, I am really not that skilled Never ever had any Alcatel training. What I do here is struggling to survive )

Hi Ranx,

This system is not an OXO as suggested.
Latest version of 4400 are generally refered to as OXE. (R5.1 upwards)

Try setting the dect handset to have voicemail even though it routes to the office phone. Also look at the telephone category (class of service), at the bottom of the parameters check it says "Ring final set mail".

Good luck.
