Rep Power: 3 ![]() | Hello everyone. I am looking for replacement desktop phones for our Alcatel 4400 PABX. We're using 4010, 4020 and 4035 Reflexes sets, and would like to replace the "Easy Reflexes" 4010 sets with something cheaper and/or more reliable. I've been looking for that kind of info all accross the web, but with no success. Please, any kind of info regarding this would be really helpfull. Also, could you tell me what kind of communication protocol is used between PABX and the phone set. Muchas Gracias ranx

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | You can not replace Alcatel's digital sets with sets of other manufacturers. They use proprietary UA protocol which is based on Q931 but more complicated. Alcatel is now phasing out "Reflex" phones but they are available for ordering until the end of this year. New line is 4018, 4028, 4038. Check this link http://www.alcatel.com/enterprise/en...039/index.html
