Dealer board setup

I have a customer how wishes to use a telephone system as a dealer Board.
They require that they have 12 keys programmed with external numbers against each. They can then dial and toggle between these calls by press they programmed keys. Upto 24 users will be set up this way.
Can this be achieved using the OXE multiline key configuration and how?

Sure.
This feature is called "broker call". You call first number then second and pressing "broker" key on a set you toggle between them.

Thanks for your interest. It is not quite what I wanted as there could be upto 6-7 simultaneous calls.
I did manage to do it by setting up various trunk group Keys, secondary trunk groups in the internal Number plan and some stuff in ARS.
The user now just presses the button of the person he wishes to speak to and all other calls are put on hold.

So you mean user at the3 same time has 6-7 calls?In theory multiline can have as many calls as there are mulltiline keys programmed.
