OmniPCX office and TAPI Server

Hi All

I Have an Alcatel omniPCX office PBX and I Have Installed the SPI for Microsoft TAPI 2.1 in a Microsoft windows 2003 server machine. The SPI was installed successfully. My problem is that although I can see the phone Lines from the tapi server I do not have access to them.
I try to control the line through the PIMphony client application (it was shipped with the PBX) and I get an ERROR_NUMBER_OF_LICENCE_EXCEEDED.
I try to access the lines with third party software (Excele Tele tools) and I get an UnKnown Error.

Any Help would be very much appreciated.

Hi

am sorry to throw a question on a different post but the forum seem to be very inactive and Im desparately looking for an answer to my questions which you may already know since you are on a more advanced stage than I:

What is the default username/password for telnet on an OmniPCX Enterprise (v 6.1)?

Thanks Niko

Sorry but you will find on this forum we do not give out usernames and passwords. If you don't know what it is then you probably shouldn't be touching it.

It is not good idea to post default passwords in open discussions.

which version of pimphony did you install? if you installed pro, you will need pro licences.

try reinstalling pimphony and select the basic version.

Error_number_of_licence_exceeded

Did anyone find a resolution to the original issue? I have installed on Windows 2003 TS following all the doco (yes I even read the installation document) and configured pimphony to use basic. I have more users than the basic 25 installed but only want to use pimphony for about 15 users. Is this possible??

Error on the terminal servers Error a1=ERROR_NUMBER_OF_LICENCE_EXCEEDED
