| Junior Member  | PIMPhony and Alcatel IP phones good day, 1. id just like to verify if you are to have a PIMphony user, do you still need to have an IP user license for it aside from the PIMphony user license? 2. I need to put an alcatel OmniPCX office using IP phones and PIMphony, do i still need the VoIP daughterboard? |

| Junior Member | I don't think it's a daughterboard, the daughterboard by default you need to add in for most of the normal extra features. For full IP you will need the IP card, the daughter card is always there. It's only the extra configurations you need to do. And also adding the licenses in the OPS file by requesting it from your vendor to do them for you. Of course those will cost you $$$ for each licenses added. |
