Question Abandoned calls reporting

I'm using the reporting tool in the Alcatel 4760 to run some reports on volumes of calls received and abandoned.

What I have noticed however is that if a call is delivered to a hunt group before being picked up by a user (As is the norm with Hunt Groups) then it is reported as an abandoned call against the hunt group even though it was in reality picked up.

This makes no sense to me, if I want to see the number of calls that are answered on a hunt group, then counting them as abandoned when a member of that group picks the call up is surely incorrect.

I've spoken to our Alcatel reseller for support but so far there has not been too much constructive response.

Please can somebody else possibly share their experiences with me on this?
