Do you mean transfering of incoming calls ?

If you can't transfer calls, check your programming settings, make sure each extension features of transfer calls are ticked. And also allow joining of incoming & internal calls and vice versa.

Tick those and you should be on the go. If you still need help, i'll show you the screenies.

Sorry, my bad, I pointed you to the wrong options for your problem.

First you need to go to System Miscellaneous (at the left side of the OMC software) > Features Design

When you are in the Features Design menu, go to the tab Part 2

Check the box with the options below:-
1) Transfer Ext/Ext
2) Transfer by on-hook
3) Transfer by Ext/Ext by on-hook

Then save the settings by Write All to PCX (otherwise your settings might not be registered into the system). It's located at the comm tab on the very top of your OMC Software.

Note : Make sure you Read all from PCX first before you do any settings changes then follow by Write All to PCX.
With those options ticked, then you are ready to go.

Basically, the options I asked you to tick, allows you to transfer calls from Analogue extension (analogue phones uses hook flash to transfer & hold calls) without those options ticked, you won't be able to transfer any calls including intercom & external calls.

I hope the above guide helps you in your problem.
