PS. Getting data from your OmniPCX it's a hard job (aka: proprietary protocal), using several ports!

IP collection of CDR data with an OmniPCX varies depending on whether or not you are using the Office (OXO) or Enterprise (OXE) version. Both use proprietary methods. I suspect the call accounting solutions you are looking at this does not support it. Try Resource Software International (www.telecost.com). They have more than one call accounting solution that supports both platforms.

if you have office you need a licence to get CDR info over IP. If you have this licence then you need to install an service called OLD (Office Link Driver) on a PC. This will generate a file from the PBX called TicketCollector.xml which is used by the call accounting application but to be honest just import into Excel and you will get most of what you need in a fairly legible format. If you want reporting software then one that works well is Ringmaster by Soft-ex Soft-Ex: Leading the way in Voice Management Solutions
