Red face Newby Needs Help

Hi I'm trying to change the names of people on the system, I have the software installed and connect through an ip address. I access the system navigate down to users edit the extention i need to change , I change the name and surname and save to pbx but it is not changed on the phones, the display still shows the old name when i call the extention. I am able to make changes to programable keys etc..

I do not understand why the name does not change although it is changed under the users option

If this is a dual cpu switch make sure you are connecting to the MAIN role ip address which should be declared when logging in
