help on alcatel omnipcx enterprise

I've just got a new job as a pabx engeneer. I've to setup an alcatel omnipcx enterprise, ip phone 4018/4028/4035. I already read many documents about all that equipement but without experience. I will be glad to all need advises from you in order to success in my job.
