PSU Technology Group specialise in the supply an maintenance of
Inter-Tel phone systems in the UK. We have been established over 20 years and have a customer base that includes some of the
biggest names in the UK. We have been dealing directly with Inter-Tel for over 10 years now and have forsaken other brands in order to specialise on a product that is profitable to maintain and profitable to supply. We are a member of the Principal Reseller Group (one of nine in Europe - invitation only). We operate across two thirds of the UK and are based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire with support engineering centres in Camberley, Surrey and central London.
That's the end of the pitch. The reason for this post is that we frequently come across clients who have offices both in the US and in the UK. Through Inter-Tel, we have done work on the systems installed in the UK offices of US businesses on behalf of other Inter-Tel resellers based on your side of the pond.
We would be interested in helping any US resellers by either providing maintenance cover or time and parts labour for any UK based systems. They would remain your customer and we would just act as a sub contractor billing you upon receipt of a purchase order.
Please feel free to take up references via Inter-Tel in the US. I'm guessing they would just speak to Inter-Tel in Europe.
FYI - we are currently Inter-Tel Europes third largest customer and have our eyes firmly on that top spot.
