| Thanks for the replies. I'm brand new here and don't know much about PBX systems. This project was underway when I arrived and it got assigned to me.
As for why they want to upgrade, I know that the Boss would like direct dial numbers for each extension as well as Caller ID and a better voice mail system. (I know the VM system is completely separate.)
As for the additional phone functions, do I need the IPS to get that functionality? |
