Hi. Thanks for very quick answers.
The 4400 version we're using is:
R3.0-c1.532-5-w
and I don't think it is going to be updated.
There is a slim possibility, but my experience is telling me othervize
The reason we're using Siemens SL1 is just money. Now we're trying to find an even cheaper solution...
Yes, old 4074GI sets were easy to repair, but after 6 years of abuse (that's correct, my people are not just USING them ), well, what can I say... SL1 look great and are slick and small, but are very sensitive, especially to humidity, and keypad is not too tough. I've been even trying to find just a keypad for them as a spare part, but no luck at all. Allright, now I'm going off the topic...
Did I mention that SL1 from time to time tend to get "stuck", not receiving calls, and sometime also cannot make one. The fix for that is just re-creation of the number (dectrm, delete from database, create again, and then dectinston). Maybe you have some other, easier way?
