Hi
I have installed Avaya IP office 406 .It has 2 BRI lines and one polycom conference unit. The conference unit is manufatured by the Polycom.
My problem is that customer wants to add incoming call in the conferene unit.For the outgoing call it is working fine we can add it the conference unit.
For the incoming call ringing at the Conference unit is pick up by any one and now i want to add one more party in this conference is there any possible solutionforthe sane thing.
