| Look in the OTM manual (helmsman), it has a procedure for setting it all up, right down to the PBX, settings. You need an open TTY port on the PBX, You can take the TTY output straight into the OTM( I've never set this up), Most folks use a CDR buffer box of some kind. Then poll the records. |
