Cool Can I Integrate a predictive dialer into a TDA200 system??
Hi Follks,

I currently am using a TDA200. I am in love with its rock solid performance and scalabilty, but how do I integrate predictive dialer software into this system? I want a simple set up, just for it to dial out and connect the calls to my agents. The catch is I want it to do this using the lines on my TDA200 and also to the TDA200 extensions. Sounds like a simple request, but after a month of searching I cant get an answer. Anyone ever use predictive dialing with a TDA200? any and all help is much appreciated.
