So I called our Nortel Vendor today because I was getting frustrated and of course 10 minutes after I hang up the phone from opening up a support ticket I figured it out.

Went into Call Treatment and clicked CDNs. The matrix below populated but didn't have my new CDN number in it. I clicked ADD NUMBER and added it in. It was that simple.

Everything works now!!
