No.. that is not true. U can use any version of OTM to load LINE 3.0 also. instead of using a MMS file for the upload it uses a .p2 file. which can still be uploaded with OTM 1.2
when u go to upload the file. and hit browse. change the file type to "all files" and it will work! __________________
