| I have been a Telrad Dealer for 4 years and worked for one for 13 years before that and beleive the Tech Support is second to none. But then again I dont find myself in need of calling them everyday. If you are certified you went to class and it is up to you to learn and stay on top of the everyday changes and the feature upgrades. As for customer service there has been great changes in this department all of the old guard are gone and the new owner has put quality people in place. I feel things have never been better than now and everyday brings new and exciting features and products. |
