| Whats the cabling look like? Are the jacks and patch panels/blocks labeled. If you don't want to call something like your cell, tracing back the cables may the trick. Not to mention its your site now, might as well take the time to label everything. Once all phones are labeled, change programming on sets (DES) to jack/location #. It wouldn't hurt either if you did a TN dump and save that to a capture file. The go to ghtrout/pepedog and download the macro'd excel sheets. I'm sure there's something out there, but this is what I'd do if I inherited a mess, because now you can't blame anyone but yourself for the mess. |
