| Have you transferred the sound files from the v3.1 Admin Apps CD to the flash card? If not, read the Engineer's Toolkit for the instructions on how to do this. It's something like this....put the card in the SOE, start the system, static IP address on laptop plugged into system, put CD in laptop, browse to correct folder with files (depends on which country ALAW or ULAW), run tftp command to transfer all the files - this can take up to 30min, restart the system, may take several minutes before it's ready to go.
