MOH between greeting and voicemail
Hi,
I am a brand new member and very happy too see many people have quirky problems with the Nortel BCM's.

I have some call center skillsets set to play a greeting before transferring to voicemail at night.

Unfortunately after the greeting and before transfering to voicemail, music on hold plays for 1-2 seconds, this seems to confuse customers.

Does anyone have any idea why this happens or any possible work arounds?
