seems like you dont have DND on in one of the greeting boxes... 990 is the " thank you for calling ABC company" 991 should be the " if you know your parties extension dial it now or for a company directory dial 411" at the end of this greetin there is a Chain Done. In that spot you probaby have an extension in there that should not be.
