Hi-

I have a problem with the system greeting on my stratagy DX.
We rerecorded the greeting... and the directory message. In between the 2, the system has inserted a "Please wait, while I try that extension" message. How do i get rid of this?

Right now it is:
"Thank you for calling ABC" "[system] Please wait while i try that extension" "If you know your partys extension, please dial 411"

I want it to be:

"Thank you for calling ABC" "If you know your partys extension, please dial 411"

Any help would be great/
