I have a link to a site where you can get an interactive demo of the Altigen admin software but can not post it yet.
It is very simple because it is Windows based...all point and click.
As far as issues go with the install there really weren't any. The client has a very stable network with a fiber backbone in most areas. Their IT department is on top of new technology so QOS was definitely not a problem. The bulk of the install was done over one weekend and the remote areas were brought up to speed within a week. We of course had to do some tweaking now and then but all in all a smooth transition! |
