| Thanks for your interest. It is not quite what I wanted as there could be upto 6-7 simultaneous calls.
I did manage to do it by setting up various trunk group Keys, secondary trunk groups in the internal Number plan and some stuff in ARS.
The user now just presses the button of the person he wishes to speak to and all other calls are put on hold.
