got myself the new acd queue, cdn and symposium skill set all working nicely now. wasn't so painful after all!!
Now I've got another question.... Before we got Symposium installed we used to idc straight from the external number to the ACD queue number. It was when we had Symposium installed that the engineer created CDNs to go in front of our queues, presumably he had to in order to allow Symposium to hijack things
I see the purpose of CDNs now that we are running Symposium, but what would they have been used for originally, back in the days before Symposium? Was there are reason for using them or were they just a feature of the switch to keep it "futureproof"?
