| Go into LD 60 and do the following:
DSCH l ch ( l = loop, 12 in this case; ch = channel, 7 in this case.)
type in dsch 12 7 <enter>
then enable this by typing in the following:
ench 12 7 <enter>
Then do a stat. If the channel is still in lock out I'd call the telco and have them look at their channel 7 on the T-1. __________________
