Call comes into PBX as a phantom 7276, fwd to 2999 Octel
IN 7276, OCTEL with a single digit menu
1 or 2 sends you to a CDN,5971 , 5972 which is in Symposium.
If they are busy or all logged out, sends back to OCTEL DN, but it goes back to the original DIALED DN 7276, instead of 5972. If it just went to the mailbox, that would be OK, But it plays the menu again instead. |
