Unfortunatly you lose the caller ID after the third transfer, you state that you transfer as follows:
1) call comes into PBX and transfers to Octel VM
2) Octel VM transfers to Symposium
3) Symposium transfers to PBX CDN
4) CDN transfers back to Octel VM
In order for you to retain orriginal called number ID you will have to cut down on amount of transfers. |
