Creating a CDN
Hello

We're running a Meridian Option 11 and Symposium Express. As I understand it a call comes in, Meridian uses the idc table to find which CDN to pass it to, Symposium picks up the call as it's "acquired" the cdn then deals with it. On the right track so far??

I want to create a new queue now. I know how the idc tables work, and I can set up the necessary in Symposium but I haven't a clue how to set up a CDN in the meridian.

Can anyone help or point me in the right direction??
