No prob gogoGophers,

Ok, Here's the hunt path.

Phone 1: ext. 4xx1 - Customer Service Rep
Phone 2: ext. 4xx2 - Back Up CSR.
Phone 3: ext. 4090 - Overflow Telephone Set.

If I understand this correctly according to the call pilot documentation, I need to have a physical telephone set in order for the Overflow extension(4090) to connect to a voice mail box after it times out in the queue or reaches the set amount of rings.

extension 4090 has no real person. Essentially it is an extra telephone that has to sit somewhere in order for my hunt group to work. (Again, according to the documentation).

What I want to do, is to get rid of this telephone all together, and create a phantom DN; A DID that rings to a line without an actual telephone set, and can be directed to a voice mailbox or created as an Answer DN on a phone. I have a feeling I will need 1 phone in order for this to be accomplished, BUT if I create more than 1 Hunt Group, I could always use that telephone set to host multiple lines.

Does that make sense?

Thanks!
