| HGateTech, Sorry, you caught me on that one, hunt groups cannot be the prime set. Just set it to one of the phones in that hunt group, or the operator for that matter. As long as you assigning that line under hunt group programming, the prime set is really just for backup ( without going into a laundry list of what ifs ). Please be more specific about what you want to do with the "no phone in the hunt group" thing. Not sure what you mean. If you have further complications, keep in mind, the hunt group is kind of a "call center light". It has limitations. You need to get exactly what the customer (or your boss) needs to happen under all circumstances and see if you can wangle fandangle the hunt group into getting there.
