I believe your problem is in the Line programming-

Line Type : Public
Rcvd # :4090 (however many digits they are sending
If busy : To prime
Prime Set : 4487

Also assign line 247 to A & R under Hunt Group 4487 programming. (I think you were indicating you did this, just being sure).
