| You should have a technician check the programming for the system. The night service mailbox is different from the day service.
If you have a remote access card on your system and can supply the password for the system, a very nice tech could access your system and let you know what is happening and send you printouts for future reference.
Of course you should always know who you are dealing with and you should change the password after you get your information. Passwords should be changed by an administrator on a regular basis.
