| I am assuming that this is only one extension with the problem. If this is true, try rebuilding the extension. Also, what happens if you call the voicemail extension directly, does voicemail answer?
Also, I know in audix you can shut off a mailbox. This maybe the same thing happening to you, check to see if it needs to be turned back on to receive calls. Unless of course you have already rebuilt the mailbox.
